What We Do

Following a successful carrier on Design and Construction of multipurpose buildings all over Greece and Northern Europe, ITF TEMNON ltd decided to expand their power and expertise to KSA.

Within a quite short period, ITF Temnon ltd developed significantly in middle east and KSA, mainly focusing on Engineering and Consultancy services on several complex private projects such as residential buildings, luxurious villas, offices, hotels and resorts, retail, hospitals, shopping centers.

During this period, ITF TEMNON acquired substantial experience financial monitoring of large private and public projects, managing costs, schedules and risks assessment throughout the project lifecycle and been responsible for procurement, financial structuring and successful execution.
